Q: How can I retrieve my login, intervention, or I CAN Learn® Gradebook password?
A: Contact the helpdesk to have them reset your password.

Q: What do I do when my computers in the school get an error message that says “ver.txt could not Connect”, “crossdomain.xml Could not Connect” or "Error: Version file not found or cannot reach your media server"?
A: This means that the server at your school or district that is hosting the audio, video, and graphics is inaccessible.
        1. Please make sure that the server is not turned off and plugged into the network.
        2. Inform your school or district IT staff of the issue because there may be connectivity lapses on the network.

Q: What do I do when I receive a message that says “Attempting to reconnect to server” while running the software?
A: This means that your school or district internet connection is not constant.
        1. There may be a firewall, proxy or caching server at the school or district level that is blocking or slowing down some internet traffic to and from our servers and your computer. Please contact the I CAN Learn® Help Desk and your IT staff to ensure the proper traffic is being allowed to transmit.
        2. The internet connection from your computer, school, or district may be experiencing connectivity problems. Please contact your IT staff to determine if there is an issue with the Internet Service Provider for your school or district.

Q: The right-click button does not work on my Apple computer. How do I change that, so I can use the I CAN Learn® Gradebook.
A: You can enable it by using the following steps.
        1. Click on the Apple icon at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
        2. Click on System Preferences.
        3. Click Keyboard & Mouse.
        4. Ensure right side of the mouse is set to work as "Secondary Button".

Q: What are the minimum software requirements to run the I CAN Learn® on my computer?
A: Below you will find the minimum requirements.
        1. Operating Systems: Windows XP (or Later), Mac OSX 10.4 (or Later)
        2. Flash Player 9 or higher
        3. Browsers: Windows XP - Internet Explorer 6 SP1(or Later), Firefox 1.5(or Later), Safari 2(or Later)
        4. Screen Resolution: 1024x768 (or Greater)
        5. Bandwidth Speed: 400+ Kbps

Q: Is there a way for me to access the I CAN Learn® from home?
A: Yes. If your school allows home access you can go to remote.icanlearnonline.com to access the system using the same user name and password you use at school. Please go to the I CAN Learn® REMOTE ACCESS USER GUIDE.

Q: The system is working correctly, but I have missing solutions in the quiz. What causes this?
A: This is usually a symptom of graphics missing on your school or district media server. Please contact the I CAN Learn® Help Desk and your IT staff to ensure the all of graphics were successfully copied or not corrupted during the installation process.
