Not only are students learning more, retaining more, and passing math courses that they have struggled with for years, but college administrators are seeing benefits in a very concrete way. With 70% or more of incoming two year college students placing in below college credit math courses, colleges use a tremendous amount of resources to serve these students. Students who take classes where the I CAN Learn^® Program has been adopted have a lower repeat rate for those courses, higher completion/passing rates, and statistically have about the same passing rate when they take college algebra as students who place directly into college algebra.
